Pender Men’s Dinner Meeting ~ October 28
Pender UMM dinner meeting on 10/28/15 at 7 PM in the Fellowship Hall
We are planning on having a guest speaker from the organization “No One Left Behind”.
We will be also focus on some business items as we continue to move forward into 2015-2016.
Our agenda will be taken up with the following items:
- Results of flea market
- 2016 UMM Budget
- 2016 calendar
- UM November retreat
- Hypothermia in January
- Next Mission trip.
Other Items on the agenda, breaking bread together, devotional time and other great bits and pieces related to Pender s UMM.
Everyone is welcome so please come and join us for this time of fellowship.

Be sure to mark your calendar for this date, time and place, so we can show our appreciation for our Pender kids’ participation in “Growing in Grace” and our introduction / audition of our new, prospective band.
2 Peter 3:18 instructs us to “Grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever.”
Kids’ Harvest Fest
Who: Pender UMC Members
What: Kids Night Out (and thus Parents Night Out)
Where: Pender UMC Common Ground Room
Why: Celebrate Fall and our love for Christ while Parents have a Night Out
When: Saturday October 24,
4:30-5:30 pm – Trunk or Treat
5:30 – 8:00 pm – Kids Night Out
Cost: $5 per Kid or $10 total per Family
Pender UMC Members:
Come to the Trunk or Treat Event organized by our Pender Youth starting at 4:30 pm and visit the Pender UMC pumpkin patch. Then drop your kids (potty-trained pre-schoolers through 4th grade) with the Childrens’ Council Volunteers at 5:30 for an evening of fun! We will have dinner, crafts, play time and movies.
