Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner and Races
Join us as we kick off Lent Pender-style with our annual pancake dinner and races! Enjoy a time of fellowship, dinner and the ever-laughable races on February 28th at 6pm in the Fellowship Hall.
If you would like to help with this event, please meet in the kitchen at 4pm or contact Merri Carnahan.
UMW Christmas Brunch
All women are invited to join us for a time of fellowship, devotion and cookie tray assembly at 9am on December 17th. If you are willing to bake cookies, please donate 100 of your favorite cookies and bring them to the brunch.
Christmas Cookie Tray Sale— Pick up your pre-ordered cookies on Sunday, Dec. 18th between 8am-12:30pm in Room 206.
PLEASE NOTE: An update will be posted regarding the brunch and cookie tray assembly on our website by 7:30 am on Saturday, Dec.17th, regarding cancellation or delays due to inclement weather.
Pender UMM Dinner Meeting
You’re invited to our Pender UMM dinner meeting on Wednesday, October 26th at 7pm in the Fellowship Hall. Enjoy a time of fellowship, devotion, breaking bread together, and other great bits and pieces.
Our Guest Speaker for the evening will be Pete Lackey who will be speaking about “Man’s Ultimate Challenge, Being a Man of Virtue in a Culture of Vice.”

Starting Again September 23 ~ Fun With Music, Singing, Playing and Fellowship
A Fellowship with Children 0 to 5
This program provides the opportunity for parents or grandparents to meet and fellowship with other youngs. The program consists of the first 30 minutes of singing songs, age appropriate. The children then have a snack.
After the snack, toys are provided so the children, can play with the toys and each other. Grandmas watch the children and play with them while the parents enjoy a breakfast and visit with the other adults.
Everyone is in the same room through the program . This program is each Friday from 9:30 to 11:30am in the Cornerstone room of Pender Church.
The cost is $30.00 per family to help with the cost of food.
