Beginning Again Friday – Fun With Music

The second semester of Fun With Music will meet from January 9-May 15, every Friday from 10-11:30 am in the Cornerstone Room (Room 215).

This program is for moms and dads with their children ages 0 to 5. A fee of $30 covers the cost of food and supplies.

Each week there is 30 minutes of singing, a snack and toys are brought out for the children to play. The parents are served a breakfast and have the opportunity to fellowship with each other.

UMW Christmas Brunch

28 Nov

All women are invited to join us on Dec. 13th at 9:00 am in the Fellowship Hall for a time of fellowship, devotion and cookie tray assembly. Our Women’s Circles will be providing the food, so if you are a member of a Circle, please check with your chair and if not, just come and enjoy time with your sisters as we get into the Christmas spirit!

We always need more cookies, so if you are willing to bake and donate 100 of your favorite cookies, just bring them with you to the brunch.

Women’s Circle Meetings

The Mary Martha Women’s Circle will meet on Monday, October 13th at 7 pm at Pender in the Library. All women are invited to attend.

The Bessie Gooding Women’s Circle will meet on Saturday, October 18th, at 9:30 am at Pender. Please feel free to bring your breakfast and enjoy fellowship, service activities and devotions with our small circle of women who love the Lord. New members welcome! Fun With Music, Singing, Playing and Fellowship

A Young Mother’s Fellowship with Children 0 to 5

This program provides the opportunity for mother’s to meet and fellowship with other young mothers. The program consists of the first 30 minutes of singing songs, age appropriate. The children then have a snack.

After the snack, toys are provided so the children, can play with the toys and each other. Grandmas watch the children and play with them while the moms enjoy a breakfast and visit with the other moms.

Everyone is in the same room through the program . This program is each Friday from 9:30 to 11:30am in the Cornerstone room of Pender Church.

The second year of this program starts September 12th thru December 12th. The cost is $35.00 per family to help with the cost of food.
