New session begins on Wednesday March 12th, 7:30-9:30 p.m. in the Pender Library.
All women are welcome to join this wonderful “Joyful in Jesus” group as we study the Bible and explore the lessons God has for each of us. This group spends time in fellowship, discussion and prayer. Weekly lessons and preparation questions are included in the study.

Pender’s American Heritage Girls will host an Ash Wednesday Spaghetti Dinner on March 5th, at 6 p.m. (served until 6:45, prior to our Ash Wednesday Service).
Donations welcome,proceeds will help support the needy in our community.
The dinner includes a choice of white or wheat pasta and meat or vegetarian sauce, garlic bread, salad and dessert. A gluten-free option is available if requested in advance. Reservations requested to help with planning, sign up in the Narthex or email here.

Join us on Sunday as we, with the help of Rev Kev and JC Reigns, consider the following questions from I Corinthians 10:16-17.
When we bless the cup at the Lord’s Table, aren’t we sharing in the blood of Christ?And when we break the bread, aren’t we sharing in the body of Christ?
Because there is one loaf, we who are many are one body for we all partake of the one loaf.
