Our Pender United Methodist Men & United Methodist Women groups are sponsoring a Golf Outing on September 20th at 12pm at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Clifton, Va.

Registration forms can be picked up in the Church Office or at the Sign-Up Table in the Church Lobby on Sundays after the 8:15 Service until noon or register online by clicking on this link.

Registration forms and payments need to be turned into the Church Office by August 31st.

Anyone interested in assisting with this Golf Outing (for men and women and fundraiser for the Building Fund), please contact Jeff Raich, Brian Green, or Greg Welty.

We would love assistance in rounding up corporate or business donations, accounting, advertising, or dinner planning.

Time to Update the Church Calendar

It’s time to update the church calendar with all activities for the 2016 – 2017 school year!

Our calendar shows up in many places – our website, the Church Life app, screens in the church lobbies & Sunday bulletins.

Many people rely on it; therefore it’s important that it be comprehensive, up to date and correct.

Activities include all church functions – whether they occur at the church or offsite.

Meetings, Bible studies, small groups, rehearsals, etc.

Calendar activities are for one year only & have to be re-submitted annually.

By getting your activity on the calendar, you are assured that – if it occurs at Pender- it will get a room assignment!

Click on this link for the RESOURCE REQUEST FORM. Fill it out and drop it off in the church office or scan it and send it by email to church.calendar@penderumc.org.
