We know that salvation is a process that is done, that’s secure, that no one can take away from us. The psalmist David tells us that those who have been redeemed will say so! If we’re not saying so, perhaps we’ve forgotten what it is like to be redeemed.

Music Transportation Ministry?
Pender’s Music Ministry is considering starting a transportation ministry to help those families who are unable to get their children to the church on Thursday afternoons for choir and bell rehearsals. Before we can do that, however, we need to know how much interest there would be in starting this ministry.

To avoid meeting during Labor Day Weekend, we will celebrate the testimonies of two members of the laity the evening of Sept. 8th at our Sing ‘n Celebrate Worship Service.
There is no better time than now to reserve this date for hearing their personal stories related to the only decisions that really matter – where they will spend eternity.
Fun With Music, Playing, and Fellowship is a new program beginning September 6th in the Cornerstone Room, 215 & 217.
This program is for children ages 0 to 5 and their parent from l0 to 11:30am, Fridays. The cost is $40.00 for 12 weeks to cover the food and supplies.
There will be singing, playing and fellowship. Snacks will be served to the children. The parent will join in the music and fellowship with the other parents. Refreshments will be served to the parents.
