You’ve heard of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but have you heard of #GivingTuesday?
Since 2012, #GivingTuesday, the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, has become a global movement promoting generosity and charitable giving. It has been using the power of social media and online giving to inspire people to give back. More than 40,000 organizations participate in this annual event and this year Pender will be joining this movement.
On #GivingTuesday, you can give back to Pender by giving a special gift online. There are 3 easy options to do so:
- Go to the Pender website and follow the Online Giving Link on the right side of the home page.
- If you have set up a My Pender Page, go to the Pender website at the above address & give through MPP – also located on the home page.
- Give through the Church Life App if you have it set up on your mobile device.
