Dessert and Coffee with the Pastors

Attention All Small Group Leaders & Participants in our Upcoming Church-wide Study, “A Disciple’s Path”

Please join us for “Dessert & Coffee with the Pastors” on Friday evening, Sept. 11th, at 7pm in the Common Ground Worship center. This is our kick-off event for “A Disciple’s Path.” You will be able to pick up your participants books that evening.

Fellowship Hour Coordinator Needed

The Fellowship Hour Ministry is an important part of Pender’s welcoming for visitors, new members, and current members. It’s a time to meet and greet, get to know one another, and enjoy some coffee and snack.

The Love God and Others Cluster is searching for a coordinator to lead this vital ministry and associated volunteers. This includes lining up volunteers to maintain the Fellowship Hour room on Sunday mornings.

Perhaps you have a new idea for the format of this gathering time? Please contact Carrie Cahoon or Lisa Bryda for more information on how you can contribute to this valuable ministry so that it may continue.

Bagels and Coffee! (and mulch…)

We will start at 8 am on Saturday morning, March 21. Bagels and coffee will be served.

We need pickup trucks, trailers, men and youth to help deliver mulch with the Pender UMC Men.

Do your youth need service hours? This is a perfect opportunity to help raise funds for sending short term missionaries and enjoy the weather!

Volunteers needed to help staff the Sunday Morning Fellowship Hour.

(The more volunteers we have the less times you will need to volunteer!) Help us replenish food items between 9am and 10:30am or with cleanup around 12:15pm.
