We offered two colors and two styles (a unisex that goes from youth through adult and a ladies cut). We chose these colors based on recommended colors from the t-shirt designer, since colors we had originally selected would not have highlighted our logo as well once they were printed. And limiting it to two will allow us to better stand out as a group at these events.

  • March 6: New Directions Sunday School Class. New study entitled “Soul Keeping – Caring for the Most Import Part of You” by John Ortberg. We meet in Rooms 218-220 at 9:30 AM.   • March 6: Traditional Service,  11:00 am. More information
  • March 6: Teen Sunday School. 11:00 am-noon
  • March 6: The Pender Youth Orchestra, 4:15-5:00 pm. The Youth Orchestra is open to all youth grades 7 through 12 who play a wind, brass, stringed or percussion instrument. New members are always welcome! The Orchestra plays 4-5 times during Sunday morning worship from December-June. More information.

Sing ‘N Celebrate, Celebrating Mission

March 6, 5-6pm in the Fellowship Hall

When attending a church with a love for mission, it is always a joy when we celebrate the experiences of our Pender short-term missionaries. We hope you are planning to come out to hear Armando Mieles and Ivelisse Caceres share about their time in Peru.

Always remember that, even if you can’t go to the mission field physically, you can always go through prayer or financial support. And the reward will be the same!!

Sing ‘n Celebrate is Pender Church’s informal evening worship service that has a focus on contemporary Christian music and original dramas and testimonies. Dress is casual and the atmosphere offers a wonderful means to start the week with God in mind.

Anne Graham Lotz has shared – “It’s time to stop discussing prayer and analyzing prayer….and pray!! Then keep praying until Heaven is moved and this nation is secure!”

SING ‘N CELEBRATE

January 17, 5-6 PM, IN Fellowship Hall

We feel sure you will enjoy our newly hired praise band, so we hope you plan to join us in an effort to give SNC’s band a BIG PENDER WELCOME!!!  Also, we will hear Mark Powers and Tyna Wright sharing about their experiences when serving the homeless the previous week, and how this opportunity has enriched their personal lives.
