Ladies, join us for ”Grace and Glory” Fitness Classes – coming to Pender on Mondays from 11am-noon in the Fellowship Hall.
Grace and Glory is a worship-filled fitness class that gets your heart rate up, and your heart singing praises to God. Come as you are, and leave knowing you are making your temple stronger physically, mentally and spiritually. The workout itself combines cardio, strength training, and a unique drumming technique for fun-filled full body workout.
It’s fellowship and fun with a little sweat mixed in!
Ladies should bring hand weights and a mat, if they have them, and a water bottle.
