SERIES FOR LENT;  LIVING THE HARD SAYINGS OF JESUS

March 22 – Be Perfect – You’re kidding Right! – Matthew 5:43-48

Be perfect!  No way that’s gonna happen in my life is it?  Is it impossible or just improbable because we aren’t willing to strive for perfection.  If Jesus lives in us to say perfection in us is impossible means Jesus lied.  Let’s see how its done!

Sermon on March 15th: 490 times

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times. (Matthew 18:21-22)
