The American Bible Challenge Game Show Coming to TV This Week

The American Bible Challenge has chosen to feature the Bible App™ from YouVersion in their second season, debuting this Thursday at 9:00/8:00c on GSN.

If you haven’t seen The American Bible Challenge yet, this record-setting, fun-filled game show airs Thursday nights on the cable television network GSN. Every week, comedian Jeff Foxworthy hosts as three teams test their Bible knowledge, winning money for their favorite charities.

Supper for the Soul Thursday Dinners beginning Feb. 21st

Beginning on Thursday February 21st, we will be meeting for dinner and discussion during the period of Lent. It was a huge success last year and we hope to continue this time of fellowship and learning, in addition to great food, for the duration of Lent. We will be discussing the sermon from the week prior, as a table group, while enjoying home cooked dinners.

There will be one vegetarian option and one meat option each week.

February 21^st – Tortellini Soup & Chicken Tortilla Soup served with fruit, bread and salad

February 28^th – Baked Potato Bar with all the fixins served with garden salad and fruit

March 7^th – Chili & Baked Potato Soup served with fruit, bread and salad

March 14^th – Baked Macaroni and cheese & Baked Macaroni and cheese with ham and peas served with fruit

March 21^st – Sandwich Night – Egg salad, tuna salad and assorted deli meats served with chips and fruit

March 28^th – No dinner – Maundy Thursday service
Please plan to attend — the program will begin at 6:00 and be finished by 7:00 so that all may attend other evening events.
