• Lets us know you are here.
• Gives you the opportunity to submit a prayer request to the Church Staff and Pender Prayer Warriors.
• If we need to contact you, we have your current contact information.  
• Gives you the opportunity to let us know your interests in our ministries of the Church and we will have a leader contact you.
• Great way for you to sign up for upcoming events.
• Have you been baptized?  Do you want to become an official member of the Church?  Check the block and we’ll let our Pastors know!
• The Pastors often add action-oriented suggestions based on the sermon focus.
