Health experts tell us that physical exercise can help us avoid bad things happening to our bodies, like heart disease or back pain. Did you know that spiritual exercise can help you stay spiritually healthy as well? Come learn a new exercise routine. We promise this one doesn’t make you sweat as much.

We don’t just follow lists of rules in the Bible and practice spiritual exercise for the fun of it. There’s a purpose in mind. If you pursue this purpose, we guarantee life will

When we find the place we’re meant to be, we can discover more about ourselves than we thought possible.

In this two-part series, we’ll learn that the search for purpose can lead you to some unexpected places.
